These terms apply to your use of getlucidai.com (the "site") and to any text messages you sign up to receive from Lucid AI. By using the site or signing up for texts, you agree to them.

Messaging terms (SMS)

What the program is

Lucid AI's text program sends occasional updates about our work — what we've built, results from systems running in production, and news worth knowing about. It is a marketing program. It is not a support channel, an emergency service, or a way to reach us urgently.

How you join

You join by entering your mobile number on our website and ticking the consent box. By doing that you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from Lucid AI at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Cost and frequency

Message and data rates may apply — those come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Message frequency varies. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier or for messages your carrier delays or fails to deliver.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You may get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email support@getlucidai.com.

Carriers and devices

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. You are responsible for keeping us updated if your mobile number changes.

Your privacy

How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.

Forms on this site are for genuine enquiries. Submitting false, automated, or abusive entries is a misuse of the site.

What's on the site

The content, design, wordmark, and code on this site belong to Lucid AI, except where we've credited someone else. You may read and share it; you may not copy it wholesale and present it as your own.

Anything we describe here is a description of past work, not a promise of a specific result for your business. Work we do for a client is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement — not by this page.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lucid AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the text messaging program.
