Who we are
Lucid AI ("Lucid AI", "we", "us") builds custom AI and automation systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through getlucidai.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

Information you give us
We only collect what you type into a form on this site:
- Create a Brief form — your name, email address, company, what you're interested in, what you need, and optionally your website.
- Text updates sign-up — your mobile phone number, and a record of the consent you gave (the exact wording shown on screen, the page you gave it on, and the date and time).
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through this site.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, our servers record your IP address, browser user-agent string, and the time of the request. This is standard web-server and anti-abuse logging, and for text sign-ups it is also the proof of consent that mobile carriers can require us to produce.
This site does not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or behavioural profiling tools.
How we use your information
- To reply to your brief or question, and to have a conversation about working together.
- To send you the text messages you signed up for, if you opted in.
- To keep a record of consent, as mobile carrier and messaging rules require.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from Lucid AI at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@getlucidai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a messaging provider to deliver the texts on our behalf. That provider processes your number only to send the messages you asked for, and is not permitted to use it for anything else.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of service providers to run this site — a website host, a hosted database, an email service, an internal tracking tool for briefs, and a messaging provider for texts. Each one only handles your information to provide that service to us, and none of them may use it for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs and enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship. We keep text-messaging consent and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with messaging rules, even after you opt out.
Your choices
- Stop the texts — reply STOP to any message. It takes effect immediately.
- See, correct, or delete your information — email support@getlucidai.com and we'll handle it. We may need to keep the minimum record required to honour an opt-out.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to a minimum, which is the best protection we can offer.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging will be reflected here first.
